Op COURAGE: The Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Serviceprovides a broad range of specialist mental health and wellbeing care and support for Service leavers, reservists, veterans and their families. Individuals can self-refer to their local service or ask a healthcare professional, charity, family member or friend to do this for them. You can contact the service yourself or ask your GP, a charity or someone else, such as a family member or friend. When you contact Op Courage, you will speak to people who understand the armed forces and military life. These Op Courage staff are either from the armed forces community or highly experienced in working with serving personnel, reservist, veterans and their families. They will work with you to make sure you get the right type of support, specialist care and treatment.
